The aim was not only to provide the attic with more light and air, but also to create a completely new living experience - with a real balcony under the roof. The special solution from Velux makes exactly that possible: when closed, the system looks like a large skylight, but when opened, a small but fully-fledged exit with a balcony feel unfolds in the blink of an eye.
