The aim was to preserve the rustic character of the existing building while creating new, functional spaces for living, working or storage. Through targeted interventions in the building fabric, careful structural reinforcement and the use of natural materials typical of the region, we succeeded in preserving the original structure while integrating a contemporary spatial concept.

As part of the work, we not only modernised the entire roof area, but also integrated a new dormer window, which provides significantly more light, room height and living quality. Thanks to well thought-out planning and precise execution, we were able to make optimum use of the existing load-bearing structure and at the same time raise the energy standards to a contemporary level. The insulation was completely renewed, new roof windows and the dormer create a bright, open atmosphere that makes the newly created living area a real highlight of the house.
